You go, lady! I'm a yoga nerd but have yet to take actual Pilates classes with a Reformer (I've done mat Pilates, though -- deceptively challenging!). But there's a new studio in my 'hood and a friend of my vintage is attending, so I see it in my future. Thanks for the nudge!
