As for intermittent fasting, it is seriously the only regimen I’ve found that accords with my natural inclinations — that is, not eating after dinner (which makes me feel awful) and waiting to eat in the morning until I’m good and ready. Since I have sworn off dieting as an act of defiance against all the stupid body-shaming I participated in during my misguided youth, I feel okay about IF. Unless there’s a fresh batch of scones waiting for me in the morning, in which case, forget it.
