This is horrifying — there are always some kids that will pounce on any opportunity to turn someone into an "other" as a handy target. But any kids doing this need to have the dark and evil history of antisemitism explained to them in no uncertain terms. And it can't be tolerated. Same for any type of bigotry, but right now Jewish and Muslim kids need increased support and protection from bullying. God help us.
