Stephen, I appreciate your comments. I agree that we have to come to a place of mutual respect — but as J. Murdock McInnes points out in his comment, it’s important to note that doesn’t mean respecting racist, bigoted, anti-social, or irrational beliefs. It’s a high bar of maturity and, I suggest, spiritual perspective, to get to that point, but if enough of us can, we have a chance. Thanks for reading.
