Roz, your pieces are always worth savoring — although it's never occurred to me to time myself when I read them, or anyone else's for that matter. I applaud you for undertaking an examination of actual read time vs. Medium's assumed read time, but quite frankly the prospect makes my wits faint. I just puts up my stuff and I smiles if anybody reads it.
