No question that having All The Info at our fingertips has not made us any wiser: quite the contrary, collectively speaking, at least here in America and it looks like much of the rest of the world. It's like humanity wanted to learn to swim, so we decided the best solution was to jump into the deep end and then turn on a bunch of overhead fire hoses. Sigh.
