I don't have Raynaud's syndrome (or at least, nobody has told me I do) but I do have chronically cold hands. I find if I put my thumb close to my mouth to breathe onto it with a nice warm exhale, my phone will again register my existence. I've even breathed upon faucet sensors when nobody was looking, but it's an awkward maneuver.
