I am so glad and thankful that your daughter received the gift of life — a gift that will carry on through generations. It was unnerving when my first husband died of cardiac arrest right out of the blue to find myself talking to an organ donation coordinator (he had organ donor on his license) — but it was good to know that he was giving that gift to others.
