I am just tiptoeing into Substack in my hesitant, crab-like way (seriously, my birth sign is Cancer) — by simply repurposing some of my Medium stuff and putting it out there (free, of course) without really any promo. My possibly wan idea is to build a backlog for the day when it does make sense for me to go hard on Substack — which is, mostly, when I have bandwidth to do so. As always, your writing wisdom is golden.
