Holy shit. I knew about the "wandering womb" and the origins of hysteria, and I knew about the list of things that could get a woman tossed in the loony bin — but I had no idea that Eleanor Riese existed let alone what happened to her (in 1991!!!!). Nor did I know this movie existed. What the actual???
