Erk. Not for me, I'm afraid. And reading the brief accounts of all those lives cut short, most of them with obesity as at least an indirect cause if not a direct one -- it just makes me sad. Also, it's really, really hard to stick to a 1200 calorie diet (which I used to do back in my literally starving actor days).
