Boy howdy, do I know what you mean about that panicky feeling when you suspect your brain is taking you down the Big D rabbit hole. I’m the youngest of three sisters (need I say, none of us are young anymore). The oldest has early Alzheimer’s, the middle one has cortical basal syndrome (which makes Alzheimer’s look good by comparison). So, yeah. Carpe the damn diem.
