Bev, for once I'm disagreeing with you. I don't think there's any evidence that Jimmy Carter is being exploited or is unable to express his voting wishes even at age 100. I know your experience in your mother's nursing home was searing -- and I've done time in similar institutions with my mother and recently deceased sister. But there are folks who need physical care who can and should still have a voice — like my late sister did in the 2022 election.
